

On July 19, the modern izakaya invites Mario la Pietra, bar manager of Singapore’s Neon Pigeon, to join Zuma’s bartenders in a collaborative guest shift.

Zuma will be holding a series of guest shifts with bartenders from around the globe. Reservations for tables are available, but walk-in customers who prefer to enjoy the drinks and food a la carte outside are also welcome. Another must-try is the Dr Sichuan Bao, filled with cocoa gelato and topped with Sichuan pepper chocolate crunch ($68). Guests can complement these drinks with a variety of dishes from Little Bao's menu, such as the Smashed Zucchini Salad ($128), Coffee Lamb Ribs ($158), and their famous Captain Crunch Bao ($128). One of the featured drinks is the 3Lime Vodka Soda, infused with citrus hops distillate, calamansi, Thai sweet lime, and kaffir lime leaf (priced at $100 per drink). Jun will be creating signature drinks from No Sleep Club, which specializes in modern techniques cleverly disguised as everyday drinks. They will be serving delicious food and drinks starting from 6pm. Little Bao's chef-owner May Chow (Asia's Best Female Chef in 2017) and Juan Yi Jun, head bartender and co-founder of No Sleep Club (ranked #15 on Asia's Best Bars in 2022), will be hosting a special evening on July 15. To close the series, Iain Mcpherson, the founder of Panda & Sons in Edinburgh, will be slinging cocktails using his innovative and experimental approach on July 20. Simone Caporale, whose Barcelona bar, Sips, is ranked in the top three on The World's 50 Best Bars for 2022, will be behind the stick on July 17. Gerwin is not only named one of the 'Top 100 Most Influential Figures in the World' but is also the owner of the renowned Happy Accident in New Mexico.įollowing that, another bar shift from an industry-leading mixologist will take place. On Sunday, July 16, fans of the popular Netflix reality cocktail competition series, Drinks Masters, can catch one of its celebrated finalists, Kate Gerwin.

She will be shaking and stirring her signature drinks on July 13.
